Hands-On Enzyme Lab: Connecting Ecology to Biochemical Evolution

Students often struggle with understanding how enzymes work and how they increase the rate of biological processes. Lower the activation energy barrier to learning these essential concepts with examples relevant to students!

In this live webinar developed with educators for educators, attendees will learn strategies for teaching how enzymes work and the math needed to understand kinetics. The talk will connect these concepts to biofuels, ecology, and fungi.

The first 30 registrants based in the USA will receive one student workstation from the Biofuels kit so they can perform the lab during the workshop. No equipment is needed - just easily accessible household items! If you are among the first 30 to sign up, you'll receive a form about a week before the event to input your shipping information.

Note: No continuing education credits or certificates are being offered for attending this event. Attendees will receive an email after the event that they may use as proof of attendance.
